Senator Wielechowski, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                  
for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on                                                           
page 276. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                           
RESOLUTION NO. 2(STA) was adopted and was before the Senate
